Step 1: Download Eclipse

  • Download Eclipse from eclipse.org
  • Extract the eclipse directory to your programs folder (like: C:\Program Folder\)
  • Edit eclipse.ini: Set -Xmx2048m (or try –Xmx800m if Eclipse does not start)
  • Start eclipse.exe
  • Add the Update site of your Eclipse version:
    http://download.eclipse.org/releases/<your release>

Step 2: Install actifsource

  • Add the Actifsource Update site: http://www.actifsource.com/updates
  • Install the actifsource plugin (see License Agreement)

Step 3: Switch to the Actifsource Perspective

  • Click on the Open Perspective tool in the Eclipse toolbar
  • Click Other...

  • Click OK

Step 4: Start with the Actifsource Tutorials
