- Fixed arguments of same shallowtype passed in reverse order to function
- Changed indent to replace non-whitespaces by spaces (allow to override this by new builtin-functions suppressIndent & prefix)

- Fixed ExtractJavaFunction used arguments of same type in wrong order
- Fixed ExtractFunction not creating the unused, but required number of parameters for selections with hidden type access
- Fixed ExtractSelectorFunction sometimes not available on variable-only selections in TemplateTextArea
- Added DefaultEditor Ctrl-Click for Variable never exist, but caused confusion due to swaping Ctrl+Alt (old Ctrl+Shift)-Click with Ctrl-Click
